Most of the orders will be sent 24 to 48 hours after having been able to check your payment, sometimes a delay of 3 to 7 days might occur if we don't have the exact size or version of a product in our central warehouse.

You'll be able to see the scheduled delays for delivery while choosing the different products (below the price, on the righthandside of the screen) or by consulting the item details of your cart.

You can always check the shipment costs associated to your purchase in the Retto basket or in the product specification data, where we'll always show you the amount resulting of your purchase. You'll be able to see that the shipment costs will vary, as this figure is worked out according to the content of your basket.

If the amount of your order is below 70€, the shipping costs are 4,50 euros (Spain mainland and Portugal)

We will pick up the product and send you back the correct size, totally free of charge, if the value of your purchase exceeds 70€ (only valid in Spain).

For lower purchase values, we'll charge you 9 € for this procedure.
