Do the displayed prices include any taxes?
Yes, all prices we display include an 21% extra charge corresponding to the value added tax (V.A.T.), although, depending on the destination country, this amount will be withdrawn of the final price of the order.
This extra charge will be applied to all shipments to countries member of the European Union. For any purchase made out of other countries, V.A.T. will not be applied, however the respective custom services of each country will apply the corresponding charges, which will have to be paid at destination, i.e. by the customer when receiving its order.
Should you be in that case, youll be able to notice the deduction of the amount corresponding to the V.A.T., coloured in orange below the amount of the subtotal.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
Retto does not require any minimum amount when making an order, although the shipment costs will be depending on your distance to Spain and the amount of your order. For example in Spain any order of 70 or above is shipped free of costs to the customer. Please contact us should you want detailed information.
Do you send internationally?
Yes, we send worldwide. The shipment costs will be depending on your distance to Spain and the amount of your order. Our shipments leave our warehouse 24h to 48h after having verified the reception of your payment on our accounts. Be aware that the shipments to countries outside of the European Union are VAT free, but include varying custom charges which will have to be paid by the customer when receiving its order. Check with your local customs agency to find out the corresponding tariffs.
When will I get my order?
Most of the orders will be sent 24 to 48 hours after having been able to check your payment, sometimes a delay of 3 to 7 days might occur if we don't have the exact size or version of a product in our central warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an e-mail with a follow-up number and for the international shipments an e-link to the tracker of your order at our parcel delivery partner (GLS or FEDEX for the rest of the world)
Should there be, for reasons out of our control, any delay in the foreseen delivery dates, we'll get in touch with you by phone.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't left our warehouse you are able to cancel or modify it. Call us as soon as possible at 0034 937 220 989 or send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your personal contact data and the order number to be modified or cancelled. If the order has already left we'll handle it as a return.
