RETURN A PRODUCT WITHOUT PROBLEMS.


Once you've received your order, you've got 2 weeks (14 natural days) left in order to return it. Bear in mind that the product must still be new, i.e. in perfect conditions and placed in its original wrapping with the original labels.

If you ask for a product replacement/change because of some product failure due to the manufacturer, Retto will assume the shipment costs up to 25€, in these cases it's compulsory to contact with us in order to organize the collection of the goods to be returned/changed.

Procedure for returned goods.

We want you to associate Retto with Quality and Service, this way you'll keep buying in our e-shop, because you feel secure, confident, looked after and comfortable while buying on our site.

Remember you've got 14 days since you've received the product(s) in order to start the return procedure. You can send your product perfectly wrapped (the original wrapping must be protected) to Retto E-Shop, S.L. (c/Joaquin Costa 88, 08206 Sabadell – Barcelona – España) or get in touch with us if you prefer us to handle the return procedure with our parcel delivery company.

In any case, the product must be returned in perfect, i.e. brand-new conditions, without ever having been used and in it's original wrapping with all possible labels still attached to the product. This means that you can try on the product to see if you like it and if it fits you, but not start using it and then discard it.

What if we make a mistake in your shipment and send you the wrong items.

We'll come to pick-up the wrong product and will send the correct one a.s.a.p., fully assuming the costs originated by the return procedure and the new shipment. Get in touch with us to initiate the process.
