Receive your order wherever you are thanks to GLS or Fedex our international parcel delivery partners.

Check the shipment costs on the product specification card. These costs are related to the total amount of your purchase and are taken in charge by us when reaching a certain minimum amount (depending also on distance and total weight of your order).

Shipment costs

The shipment costs vary in function of the destination country, and the products y ou choose. The bigger the amount of your purchase the cheaper the shipment cost we have to charge you. Unless the weight is very important it's quiet frequent that the shipment ends up to be cost free for you.

You can always check the shipment costs associated to your purchase in the Retto basket or in the product specification data, where we'll always show you the amount resulting of your purchase. You'll be able to see that the shipment costs will vary, as this figure is worked out according to the content of your basket.

Be aware that for all shipments to countries outside of the European Union, our local VAT is deduced, but conversely every country applies custom duties to be paid by you on delivery. These custom fees are variable and can sometimes exceed the value of the bought product! Please refer to your local customs agency and inform you about the possible costs.
